Harrison and advantage property management services have been very good with getting the property in good shape to rent and handling any rare maintenance issues that cropped up afterwards. This is our first year of using them.
As a tenant, don’t waste your payment on your application fee. The Lease terms are extremely onerous on the tenant, which requires you to, among other things, deposit more than one month’s rent for deposit, buy $300,000 of liability insurance, pay 100% of the repair bill on Landlord’s refrigerator and washer and dryer out of your pocket, requires you to professional clean the place before you move out, also, requires you to pay for any repair less than $95. I wasted $103 on the application fee.
I would like to thank you the professionalism of the entire Advantage Property Management Services team in general, as we were well received by everyone and we were always well guided at each stage of the process. I really appreciate that.
Very positive experience dealing with APMS. Harrison is my property manager, and he is outstanding in the way he supports me. Proactive, thorough, great communications. I don't feel any of the burden of being a landlord because Harrison and his team take care of any issues with the property behind the scenes. Thank you guys!
