Apms was fast and thorough, getting my lease documents to me quickly and helping to secure the property in the neighborhood I wanted. A few small issues after I was able to start my move in and they were there ASAP to resolve them. Friendly staff and easy to work with.
Went through all the steps to look at leasing through self guided tour. Couldn't access lockbox after following instructions and also called, but got no support. Requested alternative ways to view, but no help.
Currently renting a property through APMS. The Property Manager as well as the Assistant Property Manager have been very helpful with the process, expectations, and assistance. They send emails for everything when applying and up to and after the move-in date. Would recommend and probably use again if needed.
Russ and his team have been great. We’ve been with them for over 6 months and everything has been smooth. Russ also took time to thoroughly review the platform used ti track maintenance requests, expenses, and payments. The process to rent out our condo was organized and they were able to find a renter within a a month. Highly recommend!
