I lived in a downstairs unit on Hayes Avenue in Livermore, managed by Advantage Property Management, and unfortunately my experience was extremely unpleasant. The upstairs neighbor frequently stomped on purpose whenever I cooked in the kitchen, and whenever I tried to speak with them, they avoided conversation and responded with profanity. The walls and floors are very thin - you can hear everything, including bathroom sounds and footsteps - yet the neighbors showed no understanding or tolerance. I had a terrible experience with my former property manager, and it cost me a long term tenant. I fired the PM and hired APMS. Russ and Harrison were like a breath of fresh air. They helped me with the transition to their company and gave me good advice for dealing with the former tenants and former property manager. It was a bit messy. While my husband and I opted to take care of some minor deferred maintenance issues, they handled the rest. Apms was fast and thorough, getting my lease documents to me quickly and helping to secure the property in the neighborhood I wanted. A few small issues after I was able to start my move in and they were there ASAP to resolve them. Friendly staff and easy to work with.
