The management of this property is meticulous about safety of the home and visitors, and has efficiently maintained a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Property management was always quick to respond for any issues and was always very kind and professional. All the workers that ever came out to home were excellent and very nice! Been an amazing experience!
My experience with Advantage Property Management has been excellent. Many property management companies can be unresponsive-if you can even get a hold of a person to speak to. As a renter, if you have an emergency sometimes you want to talk to a real person! Renting under Advantage I have found them to be responsive and quick to get things done.
It was a pleasure working with Harrison. He was efficient and super helpful. He even brought in my packages that were delivered early into our home which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend this company!
