Problems from the start. Poor tenant placement. Took them 2 1/2 months to find a tenant. They failed to find vendors for pool maintenance. I had to do this myself. No itemized receipts from vendors to show where and how expenses were being managed. Failed to take any responsibility for problems. I have a couple properties with Advantage Property Management. Nate has always been very responsive, which I really appreciate. I always thought I could just do it myself and since handing it over to Advantage, I’m now realizing how much time it was taking me to manage maintenance, collections of rents, getting renters, etc. It has also created a buffer between me and my tenants, which makes it so I don’t cave on certain things because I’m too soft and give in on some things I shouldn’t.
