Problems from the start. Poor tenant placement. Took them 2 1/2 months to find a tenant. They failed to find vendors for pool maintenance. I had to do this myself. No itemized receipts from vendors to show where and how expenses were being managed. Failed to take any responsibility for problems. I was paying the $400 to manage the property and lift my emotional load of the responsibility. I did not get any bang for my buck. They did not loose money on their mistakes we paid for it.
