I had a new patient visit with the PA. During the visit, I didnt think it was different from any other visit - regular assessment, asked if I have any concerns (which I didnt), talked about my diet and things I can change briefly. I have had similar discussions with my previous Pcp and all I pay is my co pay (which I paid in the office) A couple weeks ago I received a bill for $90 for a 15 minute "counseling session"!
