I can not recommend PT Solutions of Signal Hill enough! I started going due to back pain and with the help of Charlette and Julie, realized how the back pain I was experiencing was impacted by my core, particularly my transverse abdominis and my pelvic floor. They helped me strengthen these areas, but also gave me the knowledge of how to continue to strengthen my weaker areas on my own. I hope to not have to go back, but know that if I ever need PT in the future, they are who I will go see!

Wonderful people and very engaged in the process. Came here at the recommendation of a neighbor. Had post hip replacement PT here for approximately 8 weeks and could not have been more pleased with the experience. I highly recommend PT Solutions of Signal Hill.
If you need physical therapy, PT Solutions Signal Hill is absolutely wonderful! Charlette and Julie are patient, kind and incredibly skilled practitioners. I went to them after surgery for a ruptured Achilles’ tendon and I couldn’t have asked for better care. There facility is clean and well equipped, and the front office makes It easy to schedule appointments. Give them a call , you won’t be disappointed!
They are very polite people and know what they are doing. If I ever need to do PT again I will be coming back here.
