RecommendedI contacted Advantage Overhead Door when a tension spring broke in my garage. They arrived at my home that morning and replaced both springs. I could not have asked for better service at a reasonable price. I will definitely contact them again.
Put in a service call to replace my broken tension spring and they were out the same day. Great quality and put on some new cables as well. Highly recommend Advantage Overhead door if you live in the fox valley! 5 stars all day.
Oh my gosh......I can’t say enough about this company. As a female, to have a garage door problem can be very stressful. I called this company because when I looked them up on the internet they had a 5 star rating. They deserve a 10 star rating. Within a half an hour, the tech came. He not only fixed the problem, he made sure everything ran PERFECT! I worked at Home Depot for 15 years and have always understood good customer service. This company defines outstanding customer service. Thanks Kelly and your awesome team!

Called on 5/28 regarding a quote for a residential garage door replacement. I didn't receive an answer at the office so I left a voicemail requesting a call back. Nobody contacted me. Called again on 6/11 and spoke to someone at the office. I guess whoever does the quotes were not around so, she took my info and stated someone would be in touch with me to set up a date/time to stop by for a quote. Still haven't heard back from anyone. I guess I'll just go with another business moving forward.
I called them when door froze to concrete this winter. The tech was super nice on the phone and on my job!. He did the fix sent me the bill, at reasonable cost. Hell yeah, we're HAPPY with AOD !!
These guys do amazing work and are very knowledgeable about the business. I'm proud to say we had our door for over six years and never one problem. I feel like if there was a problem they would respond quickly and take care of my needs. Highly recommended.
The prices and service are way better than the other competitors such as, American Overhead Door. I highly recommended. Plus, Advantage Overhead Door will not sell you what you don't need.
