They are certainly responsive but seem to be only with automated emails as I've replied to several of them and I only get automated responses back
The sales representative was very nice and courteous. The car was not cleaned well at all. A cracker on the floor, it looked like someone wiped the engine quickly with a rag and black marks on the seats, etc.. Horrible way to present a car you are trying to sell for numerous thousands of dollars. The documentation said they replaced the brake pads with Honda brake pads. Something doesn't sound right to me about that. I emailed the management but never heard back. I would never buy a car from this dealer. I hope that salesman... read more
