A rare level of service. This guy is helping our company out even though we've put money into another company's pocket for the service. He's literally just doing this to be a good guy. If I had a company in North America, this guy would be on my short list for Avast Resellers. Strong ethic, highly proactive approach and deep knowledge on matters of ransomware as well as capabilities (both strengths and weaknesses) of anti-ransomware software. Totally top shelf company. Zero upcharge, but the services offered are priceless.
The guys working were super helpful, and explained things so I could understand easily. Definitely will be referring people here from now on.

We've used advantage comp for many years for our firm, David Oase CPA. Advantage builds our computers to fit out needs. Last year, I had a computer issue that no one could figure out. I had three different IT techs from two different firms come out multiple times and couldn't figure out the issue. JR came out and was able to figure it out! I really appreciate all they do.
