They truly go above and beyond to help! We had a unique situation and they were more then willing to work with us and provided us with resources to get our auction done during the pandemic! I will be keeping an eye on their online auction and looking for other opportunities to work with them in the future!

at a sale in rural Pierre, they wouldn't let you pickup any thing for a month and a half. Stupid... what happens when kids have a party in the house. Or someone steals the house stuff. Not planned very well. I will not be at any auctions anymore...

Appreciate the concern Mark. If we didn't have to have the sale approved through the court system we would be there today for you to pick up the items. In our transaction Megan violated S D Real estate laws: 36-21A-71(24), 36-21A-132 and will pay a $500 fine and must attend 6 hour agency course. Jackson violated S D Real Estate laws: 36-21A-71(24), 36-21A-130, 36-21A-132, 36-21A-79 and will pay a $1500 fine and must attend a 6 hour agency course. All accepted by the S D Real Estate Commission. This will be posted on the quarterly Real Estate Commission newsletter. Spring 2020
