Has been a source frustration since canceling my policies with them in December. I moved out of state, and despite confirming the cancelation, I am still getting regular emails from the agent I worked with, the most recent of which was about my upcoming renewal. I don't have an upcoming renewal- I haven't had a policy in 3 months. I've gotten no response to my follow up asking to re-confirm that I will not have a policy taken out. I was looking everywhere for insurance for my rental business couldn’t find it no where. Then a good friend of mines recommended them I called explain my issue to the young lady on the other end of the phone she told me don’t worry then connected me to this amazing super agent name Brett Gordon.It took a little time but he got done and he over delivered
