Did insection on a home I was purchasing, missed a major problematic basement window. Now I have to spend thousands of dollars to repair flood damage that could have been easily prevented. Home owners hire inspectors to identify current or potential problems and have a piece of mind when purchasing property. Unfortunately this was not the case for me.

Great experience. Very satisfied with the service. We were provided with a detailed report of our new home. We would definitely recommend and use Advantage Home Inspection again.

Hector is fantastic! A real godsend, if you want a thorough detailed report this is definitely the man you want to do it. He goes above and beyond, and was going to do an additional test I had wanted for a bit extra, but as so much was wrong with the property and I wasn't proceeding after the findings from this important report, I didn't need that extra step.
