I have been employed at Advantage Home Care since April 23, 2018 and I have to say I fit in quite well. I am so impressed at how they really take care of there employees, caregivers and clients. Example, on my third day of working there it was Administrative Professionals Day and they got everyone in the office something sweet and special to them. I have to say getting flowers from my employer on day 3 was very nice! I would recommend Advantage Home Care to everyone! They really know how to run a business properly. �
I cannot say enough positive things about LARISA SPARROWHAWK in Roseburg, Oregon. What a wonderful patient/family advocate she is!! She helped us through a very stressful time with my brother-in-law, went over and above in helping us navigate the system, and never worried about being on "the clock"!! Her professionalism coupled with her sincere sense of caring made a difficult situation much easier to handle and we will forever be grateful for her help and guidance. Thank you, Larisa!!
I live in Portland and completely trust this agency to take care of my dad with Alzheimer's Disease in Roseburg. The only reason for subtracting one star? You have to leave a message on the weekends. Since I work all week, I would prefer to conduct business on the weekends. However, they always call back. Dad was losing weight and not showering before they started. Now he has gained 23 pounds, is clean, in a better mood... and his house even smells good!
Advantage home care is a wonderful company ro work for and offers good quality care for its clients. I highly recommend it!
