I told the technician and his apprentice what was wrong with my old Carrier heater. Even gave him the units' error code. 15 minutes later he came down and told me what I all ready knew and told told him the problem (bad heater induction motor). He collected his *** visit fee, and dropped a ********* repair estimate fee on me (the 41 cents was a very nice touch). For safety reasons, we do not recommend homeowners repair their own furnaces; however, if you are capable, you will always save money.
Advantage Heating and Cooling has serviced our HVAC System for going on ten years. Thursday, January 18, we woke up to our heat pump not working. One day before we were to experience the coldest days of this winter going down to 19 degrees. Advantage had a tech come by and evaluate the heat pump. Had Advantage Heating and Cooling install my A/C unit about three years ago. Made a service call recently, the technician came out today and resolved my issue. My experience with the service technician was that he was professional and knowledgeable. His customer service skills were 10 out of 10, he explained what he found, made recommendations and answered my questions. I am very pleased with Advantage Heating and Cooling and will recommend them to family and friends.

Been using services for many years. Always professional, responsive and informative. They do not try to sell you on products but work with you to help resolve issues. Mike ******, just today, worked with us on possible solutions to system problem that we could do to avoid spending a lot of money. We have 2 houses under maintenance contracts with them. I trust them with our heating/ cooling systems.

My fan motor on my upstairs Trane failed on the hottest day of the year so far. I hadn't called Advantage before but they were quick to come out. Marvin fixed everything up. He's the best HVAC man we've used. I am now a loyal customer.
