Billy is a complete joke. Doesn't keep his word at all... Promised for 3 weeks that he would do my gutters and he kept blowing me off. Wouldn't even come to put eyes on it and give me an estimate. When a large storm was coming, he insisted he would have done. The day before the storm he changes his story and says he never intended to do the job. What a tool!
