I would not recommend the Service Department to anyone. My truck was there for 3 Days and they told me according to the Ford Handbook that my Truck would need major repair costing thousands of dollars. I even asked them to check for leaks in the charge air cooler Tube. They said there was no leak. I took it to a more experienced professional Ford Dealer and there was clearly a crack in the tube.
