I had the pleasure of working with Mark Wilson twice now. A few months back, Mark gave us the run down on a dodge Durango. That was not a good fit for us, so we passed. We came in October 14th and made sure we found Mark with the cowboy hat to help us once again. He was super knowledgeable on the different models of Jeeps, and was patient while we decided on which one to go with. We drove away in our new 2025 Jeep Grand. no stars!!!! Easy to sell vehicles but the Service department is wack. Went in for an oil change, was told the coolant is leaking. They ordered the part because the vehicle is under warranty. I requested another service guy to work on the vehicle other than RICHARD LAVETO. Not only did he screw up the 1st time, the 2nd time, AND now a 3rd time in a week this month for September.
