Called Jim and explained our challenges we were having with our plate style boat lift. The motor was bad and needed replacement. Jim took the time to explain installation and wiring of unit. Went above and beyond typical customer service with providing wiring diagrams for both the old unit and the new unit. New motors wires were color coded with wire nuts by Jim. Can't thank him enough for the above and beyond service !!
