Been rescheduled for an entire year due to, nobody being able to work at this site.
Called to schedule an appt as I am assigned to this clinic by my insurance. Called 3x on hold for 20 minutes over the course of a week before I finally just left a message. Got a call back later in the day, the rep said she needed my insurance ID to look me up. I proceeded to ask if I could look it up by different means due to being away from home when the return call was received. Great staff Just hoping to have dentist that stays. Turn over for this position is sad. Yet office staff & assistance are good
I used to like this place. But today they rescheduled for Oct, in another location, because they are without a dentist or hygienist for 2 months now. Why did they wait so long to contact or reschedule. So frustrating 7months ago: Great staff, friendly environment, clean. Always trying to provide great service
