If I could give less than one star I would. Multiple times I arrived for my appointment only to be told it was canceled. I was told that they called me ONCE and possibly left a message, but they couldn't confirm a message was left. They then told me they don't have the option to email. If this happen to me Multiple times I assume it happens quite often. The worst clinic in Oregon. The pediatric side amazing. The adult side is horrible they don’t answer phones, they don’t schedule, they don’t call back, they cancel regularly. The receptionist are rude and on their phones or gossiping and ignore clients. Absolutely the worst dental clinic in Oregon
My dad just got a fill 2 weeks ago and it fell out 2 days ago, went in yesterday to get it fixed and Amanda told him she wouldn’t fixed it because it was too deep and NOW he needed a root canal or tooth extraction. Which was something she didn’t not mention when he got the fill. They gave him the hardest time to even be seen and even charged him for the visit. He paid out of pocket for all this!! He ended up going elsewhere and got the fill he needed. Terrible service in the front desk and the actual doctors!!!
