My daughter has braces, they are unable to preform any procedure with her wires on. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but every time she has something done, her wires out for about a week. The are constantly rescheduling. It's very frustrating.
I had a hard time deciding to write this review because, a part of me doesn’t want to contribute to a wave of new patients because, I don’t want to have to share my dentist with anymore people! I have been going to Advantage Dental for a few years now and I’ve been really satisfied with the dental work provided, the staff and especially Dr. Patel. They’re all very kind, they work with me to get me scheduled and squeeze me in if I have an emergency.
Great experience with my doctor and hygienist! The downsides are some people at the desk are far warmer and more helpful than others. Another reason for 3 stars it is SO difficult to reach them via phone and I have yet to receive a call back from any voicemails I’ve left. Lastly, on my first visit, I was unimpressed with the woman who took my x-rays. She was either too new to be on her own or just didn’t care about speed or professionalism. But I did really like my hygienist and the doctor!!
