Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this practice. They’ve done some things that have already had me on edge in the past, but today was my final straw when I walked in and absolutely no one at the front desk was wearing a mask. Then, I saw Dr. Jirall walk a client to front desk, and he too wasn’t wearing a mask. His cloth mask was hanging below his chin by his neck. RecommendedGoing to the dentist is never fun but I must say that I enjoy the entire friendly staff at Advantage Dental. All of them have been exceptionally friendly from Cory & Daisy to the front desk staff. Dr. Jiral was very patient and he made me as comfortable as possible during my procedures so far. Fantastic job with my dental work.
Dr Jiral was great, his dental staff was very friendly. When my crown wasn't quite right, he made sure to reorder one- and luckily, I wasn't charged? for the 2nd one. However, the receptionists had several different estimates for the crown that was way off. After the initial quote, I put a hundred down. When I came back- I was told I now owed $200 more than I thought. Her excuse was that the receptionist that left misquoted and, sorry, "you're not the only one..." Dr. Jiral was awesome! He saved me from getting a root canal! He was great at explaining what he was doing throughout the procedure and made sure my experience was a comfortable one.
