When I first signed up to pay off my credit cards, I was overwhelmed with high interest rates on my credit cards, but Advantage Credit Counseling was able to get my interest rates lowered so that I could see light at the end of the tunnel. I now feel free from that ball & chain I had been carrying for many years with the high interest rates. I have recommended Advantage Credit Counseling to others on many occasions.
While I am truly thankful for the help in getting my debt paid down, as someone who is just starting I think being hit with that $5 per card processing fee was almost a slap in the face. Your web site advertises 100% free. You should add an asterisk to that saying that you are entitled to the $5 per card fee. That $50, on my case, can be going into savings. I can see a minimal fee for processing but does it really cost you $5 per card a month to make the payments on our behalf? Otherwise, I think this it a good alternative t... read more
This was my first time having to go through a debt management program. The staff throughout the whole process were excellent and friendly to deal with. The tracking system was very easy to use and understand and when it came time to pay off my balances early, they were a phone call away and made it very easy for me to get my debt closed out and paid off. I don't want to be in this situation again, but if I would, ACCS would be my first choice!!
After 4 years I finally paid off over $11,000 which is a huge burden lifted. I would HIGHLY recommend ACCS to anyone! I did a lot of research prior to contacting ACCS & saw great reviews. I never once had any issues with them & was always treated well when I had a question.
This company helped me when I was in need. They took a load off of me. This is the company you want when your in financial trouble.
