Arrived on time, even sent a courtesy text they where on their way. Employee (card says derrick) was super professional, quiet, and very kind to interact with. I honestly didn't even register he was in the middle of working he was so good. My stairs and carpet look brand new.

We’re selling our home and getting the carpet cleaned is very important. We had other carpet cleaners clean the home but we were often left with disappointment because the spots were never addressed properly and would reappear. Derrick explained that certain spots were difficult to remove, however Derrick treated those areas, the entrance of the home and the high traffic areas which other companies could not clean. The carpet dried and the high traffic areas are still clean(no ghost spots).!! We were very impressed.

Best of the best! I had 3 bedrooms and a hallway cleaned. He puts a special temporary door, lays clean drop cloths down on surfaces where he is not cleaning, places guards on furniture legs and corners so his equipment doesn’t harm anything. Carpets are so clean, just so happy I found Advantage. I’m very particular about my home, so was Derrick. Polite, professional, reasonable price, he also came highly recommended!
