Dr. Jeff has been my chiropractor for a many years. In 2013, I turned to him when I was diagnosed with severe degeneration of the spine. Using x-rays to help me understand the changes taking place, he assured me that much could be done to slow the process and reduce the pain. He then prescribed a course of action involving gentle adjustments, electronic stimulation treatments and specific exercises. I can not believe how much seeing Dr. Jeff has helped me! At one time, I had such lower back pain that I could not get in and out of a car. After three visits, I was moving around and able to follow his instructions and begin strengthening my back. I also thought that it was really kind of him to check in on me and see how I was doing. He is a great Dr. who really cares about his patients!!!!
