I had my knee replaced 5/13/26. A nurse was to come within the first 24 hours to check on me and PT was to follow the next day. A nurse did not show up until 5/17/26, which was after the pt showed up on the same day. I was scheduled for PT on 5/18 and 5/19, no one ever showed. I called several times with a promise that some one would be in contact with me. It was my Dr Office who informed me when I should be expecting a nurse.
She was very professional, and she did an excellent job with recommendation again

My insurance company set me up for a home health with advantage, home health. They schedule an appointment and then rescheduled it three times. the last time they tried to reschedule, they promised I would call back in one hour. At this time, I did not believe them. I've had a nurse coming to my home since the first of the year (2026). Maxine is the best! I hit the jackpot with her, she is very punctual and educated about my needs. Not only is she a great nurse she is also has a great personality. I will be sorry when I no longer need her services.
