They schedule an appointment and then rescheduled it three times. the last time they tried to reschedule, they promised I would call back in one hour. At this time, I did not believe them. I've had a nurse coming to my home since the first of the year (2026). Maxine is the best! I hit the jackpot with her, she is very punctual and educated about my needs. Not only is she a great nurse she is also has a great personality. I will be sorry when I no longer need her services.
Do not use this company. I had Lyn as a nurse was extremely combative and rude, I had to ask her to leave on her second visit to my home. Leaving me to finish the process by myself. They then gave me a different nurse who calls past 8pm to confirm an appointment that has already been confirmed twice earlier in the week, she then never shows up and claims she did.
