I was traveling to Texas from another state on June 29th 2018 to visit family. At around 5pm on the interstate my front tire began to lose air pressure. I stopped at Advantage Auto care and told the man behind the counter what was happening. The shop was full of vehicles being serviced.They had me pull my vehicle close to the front door still in the parking lot (101 degrees F) and worked on my tire. I had air put in my tire two weeks ago and then one week ago by different tire shops. They both said the weather caused it. My tire pressure light came on again this week. I came in, he checked it, took the tire off and gave me the nail. Thank you so much for not being lazy and telling me it’s the weather! �
The staff is efficient, courteous and do excellent work. Let’s not forget “honest” which sometimes hard to find!
We had our alternator die on the highway through Ferris. It was during the first leg of our 21 hour holiday journey from Houston to Wisconsin for Christmas. The team fixed our van, charged us a fair price, pointed us to The Metro Grill for dinner and had us safely on our way! Thank God we didn’t have this issue anywhere but close to Advantage!
Very customers oriented. Quoted me one price and realized when they got into the work, it didn't need everything we thought it did. Unlike other automotive places, they were honest and didn't charge me for it and not fix it. Great crew there, very respectful and polite. Plus they were lowest quote out of 4 shops.
Very professional, very clean, staff was very knowledgeable, polite, did a very good job! This will be the place I take my truck for service!
