Not sure where to start with this one. For one, communication was poor and the appraiser was slow to respond at every juncture - not exactly professional if you ask me. The lender had to get the Appraisal Management Company involved on two separate occasions because of this. After I finally got the appraisal, I felt that it was unreasonably low, and only three comparable properties were used.
