I would put 0 stars if I could Home was Appraised 10k less the asking price and home was just remodeled and updated everything so. Won't recommend hire this company. Worse ever. And im an investor selling properties all the time!
By far the worst company to do business with not only Advantage Appraisals which are contracted out by Heartland Valuation - Acranet. Heartland is the primary "Professional Services Provider Based out of CA. Not even a local Texas Company. Very Unprofessional/unexperienced in the real estate industry and field. NO customer service or communication what so ever. Very Rude and unresponsive. Mr. Douglas local Appraiser Contractor. Traci - VP of Operations. Kim - VP Credit Division.
