the response time was decent and the staff were professional, but the vehicle could have been cleaner.
I just watched one of their ambulances roll right through a red light, no lights or sirens. About 12: 48pm, turning left from Hancock onto Los Alamos.
Thank you for the excellent care your company provided for my 90 year old Mother 7/18/25 My Mom was transported from UC San Diego on Alvarado to a skilled nursing home in La Jolla Friday evening. Dan and Aidan we so kind to her and put her mind at ease during the transition and helped her on and off the gurney to insure her safety. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to check in at this Extended Stay hotel and was immediately harassed by a man named Robert Hood, who was wearing an Advantage Ambulance uniform. He was loudly ranting in the lobby, telling me and other guests not to stay at the hotel and complaining about how horribly he was being treated. Even after I told him I didn’t want to engage, he continued yelling and disrupting the check-in process.
