Air went out on 108 degree day last weekend and the place I called didn't return my call. I called Advantage and Mike was at my house within an hour. He was able to cobble my almost 20 year old air conditioner together to work long enough to get a new unit installed the next day! Very pleased with the service I received!!
AC out...hot as heck. 7 am left a message and Brandy called me from her cell on the way into work so I wouldn't be hanging. Within an hour Dana showed up and targeted the trouble. She was thorough in her explanations and a very friendly, pleasant person. Bobby & Mike were my install team and and very professional. Did a great job. I now cool!
Advantage was very quick to respond and our service tech was very good and explained everything to us. He had us back up and running within an hour of arriving.
After having another company do a spring checkup, 3 weeks later my AC goes out, Dana was one of the techs who installed the unit originally. Got a hold of Advantage Air, they Dana stop by about an hour later, she found that the capacitor went out and promptly replaced it, we signed up for the Gold maintenance program, and she will be back this fall. Luckily this all went down at the beginning of this heat wave. Thanks Dana!
