Had a leak in my restroom that flooded to the living room. All furniture, walls, and floors were effected. AdvantaClean restored all my furniture as well as extracted the water very efficiently.

To keep things simple, unfortunately I've had to use companies like this often but to my surprise this time around avantaclean was diligent in there work and made everything quick and seamless. I would definitely recommend there services to anyone!

Wow. In short, I was pleasantly surprised. I had used other companies such as this one in the past but never have I encountered such great service, efficiency, and overall professionalism. Both my apartment and its air ducts were serviced by AdvantaClean and I have to say I am truly satisfied. Everything is spotless and I'm sure that what I'll save on electricity now due to clean ducts will end up paying for the service. 10/10, I am going to recommend to all my family and friends! As a Realtor working in the Miami market, AdvantaClean of Miami has really been a great aid to me and my business. They have helped me in several cases in which the properties I was selling needed mold removal, pressure-cleaning the carpets, and even cleaning the air ducts. A coworker recommended AdvantaClean and I've used them twice! First, to clean my apartment at the end of my lease in order to recover my security deposit. Second, they improved the air quality in my new apartment because it felt humid and had a foul smell. They were quick and affordable service without jeopardizing quality. The employees were friendly and considerate. Will definitely use them again!

Let me start by saying that these people are AWESOME!. Really friendly guys that know how to get the work done well and with a great attitude. Based on their attitudes and how they treat their customers I would use them again. Not only this, but the service is really great! After moving into my new rental property, that is a fairly old property with old air ducts, I felt a need to thoroughly clean the air ducts. AdvantaClean of Miami came to my apartment in Quantum on the Bay and saved my property from water damage. They were quick and effective, managed to dry all the structures and save my home!
