We are selling our home after 30 years. The crawlspace is just that not the place I like to go to very often. Home inspector said a litter water need to fix some cracks so had that done by another company not good enough for buyer they walked. Then I call Advantaclean and the job they did was fantastic we could not be happier. Even wife will now go into the crawlspace.I wish I would had done this years ago Great job. Robert Hickox
Jerry and Dave were very helpful in getting my condo squared away from a mold issue. I am out of town, so it was important that I had someone I could trust. I immediately felt comfortable working with Jerry on his estimate and timelines. He was very patient with me. Dave and Jerry were always updating me on the progress and sent me a lot of pictures so I understood what was going on. I would recommend their services very highly!
Very professional and thorough. Jerry is honest, down to earth and straighfoward with what you need. They cleaned, and sealed our crawlspace. Then a few months later we thought we had mold in our attic and Jerry came out to give a quote and reassured us it was not at all mold. Very knowlegable.
From the first conversation we had, Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough with the process needed to remediate and encapsulate the mold in our crawl space. We are very pleased with the work that was done. We are pleased we chose AdvantaClean!
