6/21/2022 Shopped around 15 other stores in the area and nobody would even haggle down to the prices this guy was selling units for, not only that but he genuinely told me which units were noisy which I've never seen any salesman go to that length of quality. Would highly recommend buying your equipment from this vendor, very nice and friendly explanation of all the systems. I long time ago Louis replaced my CPAP 1 Machine motor, it had 22,000 hours on it. I could not believe it was under $100.00(2006) I was so happy while there, I bought 2 masks. It took less than an hour.
Outstanding service and communication. Bipap stopped working, dr wanted me to buy a new one and my insurance company wanted $1600 up front and $100 month for as long as I use it, which is outrageous. Advan kept me updated with clear communication about the repair. I would definitely recommend them.
My Resmed S9 ASV had a "motor fault" message showing on the screen. I called Advans CPAP spoke to Louis. I shipped it there and he fixed in 3 days and promptly shipped it back. It was a reasonable charge. I initially was hesitant to ship it, because I didn't know who these people are, but the reviews were good. I am so glad that I did. I've used the machine for a couple of days now and it works like it did before I had this problem. I will trust them for all my CPAP needs. Thank you Louis and Advans CPAP.
Fast service. Dropped off my Cpap and same day end of day motor replaced. My machine is quieter than ever. Highly recommend.
