The doctors and nurses are very good but the billing department is horrible. You have to prepay what they think your insurance wont pay months before your due date and when its wrong it takes calling over and over to get your money back. I paid $2500 upfront which i knew was too high back in August 2016. I had my baby January 1st. Its now April 8th and I am still dealing with trying to get money back. The whole staff is super friendly and makes me feel like I'm getting the best care for me and my baby! ESPECIALLY Dr. Heintges, Carolina and Sarah!
Absolutely AMAZING! I love love love Dr.Heintges and her nurse Carolina!! I could not have chosen a better Dr. to treat me and deliver my babies!! She always has a positive attitude, very bubbly and remembers every detail! Everyone is super friendly and helpful.
Dr. Heintges is the best! Caring, compassionate, funny, and most of all, thorough. Love her! Clean office and always on time. The best office in Dallas.
