I'm so glad I switched practices after my first appointment here. The staff was not welcoming and follow-up was inconsistent. I knew I made the right choice to leave when I called to cancel my next appointment. The staff member who answered the phone asked why I wasn't rescheduling. The moment I started to say that I had found another OB, she cut me off, said the appointment was canceled, and hung up on me. Very unpleasant all around.
Dr Turner is great! Always answers portal messages. Delivered my son via c section and is helping me with a plan to conceive my second.
