I’ve been going to AWC for almost 9 years. The way this office has went down hill is crazy. If you aren’t made of money or have exceptional insurance they couldn’t care less about seeing you. I had great insurance with my first pregnancy paid 100% as soon as I went to self pay they have treated me like garbage. Dr. Maddox and Nurse Practitioner Molly are amazing! They helped me feel so comfortable were so empathetic.
I have been seeing Dr. Salter for years, and she is exceptional. While I have often found the front desk staff to be less than welcoming, I have continued coming because of the outstanding care Dr. Salter provides. Today, I arrived for a scheduled sonogram appointment and encountered an unexpected issue. Due to my husband recently losing his wallet and having to cancel all of our credit cards, I was only able to pay with cash. Very professional group. Everyone was efficient, thorough, cheerful, and helpful. Dr. Leinart explained every procedure and was very reassuring. I highly recommend.
Dr Leinart was wonderful. She took her time answering my questions and addressing my health concerns. She does a great job at making her patients feel at ease and heard! I would highly recommend!
