I have been seeing Dr. Salter for years, and she is exceptional. While I have often found the front desk staff to be less than welcoming, I have continued coming because of the outstanding care Dr. Salter provides. Today, I arrived for a scheduled sonogram appointment and encountered an unexpected issue. Due to my husband recently losing his wallet and having to cancel all of our credit cards, I was only able to pay with cash. Very professional group. Everyone was efficient, thorough, cheerful, and helpful. Dr. Leinart explained every procedure and was very reassuring. I highly recommend.
Dr Leinart was wonderful. She took her time answering my questions and addressing my health concerns. She does a great job at making her patients feel at ease and heard! I would highly recommend!
It’s sad that I am even having to review this place so poorly. Their billing department has been atrocious since they were with Women’s Health Specialists. Now, I cannot even get them to return a phone call to explain what they’re billing me for. I paid in full (aside from any ultrasounds/lab work), yet I am being billed for an appointment when neither an ultrasound nor lab work took place. Would not see my wife and let's we paid $280.00 up front before they filed it on insurance I think this is wrong.You should not have to pay up front before your insurance pays
