If there was a less than 1 star, that's what we'd rate Advance Water Systems. They INSTALLED our water system 10 years ago, and have been doing all our repairs and we have purchased all filters from them every since. Imagine our surprise a couple of weeks ago when a pump motor went out and needed repair, and at that time we discovered the filters that Advance Water Systems sent us was the wrong one. Company is #1 – I bought my water system from them 13 years ago. It is still working today. I have had no repairs in all that time. I do get yearly service to change the filters on the reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink and whole house carbon filter by the water softener but that is it! All I have had to do is add the potassium salt they told me to every few months. The system has worked automatically ever since it was installed and I had REALLY hard water.
