When we bought our home 3 years ago we chose the whole home water system, we love it, we even receive 5 years of free soap! But we've never gotten our annual inspection, they never came back & tested the system after installation and today when we finally had an appt for our annual inspection and to change out the filters/salt etc nobody showed up, nobody called, nothing!
