Very friendly, explained and solved the problem
AWS was amazing! From the start, the initial consultation was prompt and informative and well detailed. To scheduling our service earlier than expected, they truly work with our urgency for the installation. Our service man Tim was on time and explained the work he was going to complete. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, he made it all work. We are completely excited for our new water softener, reverse osmosis system, and faucet they installed in our brand new home.

Their sales guy did not communicate with the installation before installation occurred .our under the sink space cannot fit the system so they actually had to install the whole thing outside in a box . The installation person had no idea about this So He came by and could not get the job done . Customer service did not contact us and check , so we bought the wrong Box with the wrong dimensions. Then when the installation guy came by , he couldn t install the system once again .... then some where in the middle of this whole ... read more
Josh came to our house and explained the system to us and discussed options. Jay came on time, put the system in and explained the system to me, no problems. The system seems to be working well.
Josh was very helpful to get the unit we wanted and the price we wanted. I believe the man who installed was Daniel or David but he did it in the pouring rain!!! excellent service. Thank-you!1
I would like them to know that they have a professional staff and that the person who answered the phone was able to assist me with a possible solution which I intend to try.
Paul explained everything and answered all our questions; he is very knowledgeable and professional. Tim did the installation and was efficient and courteous.
