The service was quick and complete. All of our questions and concerns about the operation of our Culligan system were answered fully.
Tim Douds was our yearly filter change technician. Like the other techs, He was polite, informative, and efficient. the quality of our drinking water is great. I recommend Advanced Water unreservedly.
Advanced Water has been servicing my old soft water unit and RO for the last 10 years; coming to replace filters, test the water, etc. I called them immediately when the soft water system gave out and they came right out. Tim Douds did a great job explaining all of my options to replace and pricing. A couple of days later, Tim came back and did a great job installing their new system. I highly recommend this company for all your water treatment needs.
Mike and Joshua were great with answering any questions I had as well as scheduling a experienced and knowledgeable technician. Tim did an amazing job and was spot on in with settling any concerns that may arise. I am so thrilled with our decision.

Installer Paul took extra time to remove salt from my previous softener and reuse in the new one he installed. He also worked hard to make certain the connection to the electrical outlet was routed and tightened as well as possible.
The tech who came out was exceptional, polite and explained how he was going to do this. Being in a Mobile Home Park the water, gas, electrical all all the Parks job to maintain. Paul Ramirez ran into a water valve problem but made the decision to replace it. A o 1 1/2 hr. job ended up being 3 plus hours. The Manager of the Park was rude to him and yet he could not have been any nicer. Alonso came by to help with the problem and it ended up being done.
