awful experience from start to finish...eye exam was very bad and i had to end up having three different pairs of glasses made....very unorganized and chaotic ...office staff was also awful...filed the insurance wrong and i had my insurance company call to point out the errors, they never fixed it....still billing an phone harassing me after three years....i had a 3 1/2 hour wait due to my complaints ..
