GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! From Sheri, Amber, to Dr. Mark; absolutely amazing. Dr. Mark was a pleasure, she was very professional, conversational and best doctor yet. She fixed my left eye yay!!! She was very thorough and informative to the T as well as Cherri. Great atmosphere and very welcoming. I can’t wait for my annual check up!!
My family switched to this eye care practice few years back by recommendation. We are super happy with Dr. Katz and her stuff. She is truly superb and knowledgeable, very good Dr. for kids as well! Courteous and professional stuff. Absolutely love the inventory every time we are looking for new glasses they always offer great new fashionable designer glasses!
We love Dr. Katz and Dr. Mark! They are SUPER nice, friendly and caring. My kids love going here. The staff that fits you into a pair of glasses are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and fit you in glasses that do not make you look stupid. LOL. Highly recommend!!!!!

Excellent customer service at every step of my first visit to Advanced Vision Center. Alexandra greeted me and did the preliminary exams, followed by Dr. Cassandra Mark's very thorough and professional exams. Dr. Mark both welcomed and fully answered all of my questions and I felt in really good hands. Gretchen was so helpful in helping me choose frames and Don was efficient and helpful with measurements for my new glasses. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be returning!
