We just went by and picked up my wife Michele’s glasses st this office. The front door was locked and the person came to the door, asked our name and went back to get her glasses. By the way, my wife Michele walks with a cane due to past health issues. We were never invited inside...We were handed the bag with her glasses but I had to recommend that Michele try on the glasses to make sure they fit. This was done standing at the front door! I’m usually not an individual who to write reviews in any places because i understand EVERYONE makes mistakes but this place? I just couldn’t believe what i went through and hope to save anyone from going through something like I did. This is regarding DEFAMATION, DISCRIMINATION, WRONGFUL TERMINATION AND UN PROFESSIONAL STAFF. Never have i worked in a work setting of pure drama and defamation!!! Fast, efficient, very kind and professional!
RecommendedI was very pleased with the time Dr. Kim took with the eye exam to make sure the prescription was as good as possible. She explained the steps she was taking and the reason for them. I had previously gone to another high end optometrist in Valencia where they charge more and I didn’t get the same level of attention. I will be going back to Dr. Kim for my next exam.
