After initially being very disappointed in their service causing me not to be able to see the doctor as scheduled, I was called the next day, offered an explanation and apologies, and immediately scheduled to see a doctor later in the day. Their prompt attention in correcting the issue and professionalism results I my giving them an excellent rating. Great customer service!
Great family atmosphere and a very pleasant staff.
Everyone from the front desk, the doctor (mckee) to the optictian (Amy) were great. I had not been to the eye Dr in about 15 yrs and needed the works. I will definitely come back every year. Thank you Amy for making choosing glasses so easy!
