Dr. Kern and her staff are caring and compassionate. We had to bring our Oakley for an emergency visit shortly after moving to the area and we hadn't chosen a local vet yet. Dr. Kern explained everything about Oakley's situation and even went and did some additional research online and provided that to us as well. After that visit we decided to make her our permanent Vet and have since taken him for a teeth cleaning.
