Both doctors are amazing. Dr. Riehl has cared for our puggle Chuck who needed a nail surgery. Dr. Thomas provided exceptional care for our other pug Milo who used to have several health issues. We will forever be thankful to have found them, their staff are professional, caring and compassionate. I could book same-day apps most times when Milo got very sick. Thank you guys!
I cannot say enough regarding the care for my Papillon Maddie. After moving here recently from CT I brought her to AVC for her yearly exam. It was determined she needed her teeth cleaned. None of us realized the extent of dental disease until she was under and they took x-rays. Dr Thomas is compassionate and most caring. She called me to provide me updates during the surgery. Dr Riehl has also been following Maddie. The follow up care has been wonderful! Kudos to the entire staff. They deserve 10 stars!
A huge and heartfelt "toda raba" to the entire team at AVCofSE for their compassionate and successful treatment of a life-threatening kidney failure of my young, sweet Kovah kitty. You guys rock.

Phenomenal care and service! A very clean, calm and comforting setting to make you and your pet feel at ease. The staff provides detailed explanations of all treatments and services to help you be able to make more informed decisions about your pet. There is never a question too small and they go out of their way to talk you through a worrisome situation. We now take all of our dogs here!! Staff is amazing, so warm and sweet. The exam rooms were perfect when you need to take a small child with you. Toys and comfortable places to sit and relax with your animals. It really takes the stress of the animal away. I highly recommend this new location!
