What a shame. Horrible office. Cannot get through to them. Office said they would schedule outpatient procedure but never called us to schedule. Left numerous messages and no one ever returns your calls. Need to schedule to have husbands kidney stones removed that are stuck. He will probably end up in the ER before he can get them removed from this urology office.
Wow can not believe the way I was just spoken to by the receptionist here over the telephone. You may be very skilled doctors but the person who answers your phone makes a first impression on your behalf. She was incompetent at her job and if she represents who you are I would walk over glass to go to another doctor.
