Amazing doctors and staff. Very caring and accommodating.
NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY OR SUPPORTIVE. Was referred by VA Community Care, call for appointment. Was called back by someone who did not identify themselves and blurted out, "we don't see veterans here, I can give you the name of some who does. When I advised a referral had been sent to their fax, I was met with the same response, "we don't see veterans at the office. I questioned if they had advised the VA when they received the referred and was informed, "we just shred them, we don't do anything with them." I asked to speak wit... read more
Dr. Gottenger is a wonderful doctor with a very good supportive office staff. They focus on accommodating the needs of their patients and making them feel as comfortable as possible. They are very thorough and straightforward, and for a very busy office they manage it well. Dr. Gottenger is exceptional. He took the time to answer all questions and go over all the details from the initial office visit to post op. He genuinely cares for his patients and has their best interest in mind.
