This place has 2 names. I am coping from my previous post. Nothing has changed, even after the conversation! UPDATE: I did call and left a message on the number left on this review. I received a call back on following day. After a brief discussion she said she would forward my information to head of the office and my need to still schedule an appointment. Front desk attendant is absolutely terrible. Her attitude was so bad, we almost walked out of our appointment. Their attitude was so unprofessional, and shouldn’t be tolerated.
I had what was supposed to a a normal appointment and if not for the Dr being very professional and through it’s have been down right awful! The office staff he employs that works the front desk were down right rude, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional! Even with the Drs very professional attitude and approach I will not be going back. I should have to suffer through the office staff just to get to the Dr!!
Front desk and check out need to be friendly and have smile on there face as they welcome patients in and out, there apparent looks as there doing as fevor
