Dr. Dugan always takes the extra time to answer my questions and explain in layman's terms. Also, I see the Dr. at the time of my scheduled appointment, not like many doctors where you wait to see them.
I find it shockingly unbelievable how impatient and rude Dr. Dugan's assistant (apparently Jenny Glasier) was to me. I spoke to her twice on the phone and she hung up on me both times. The first call she was irritated and apparently angry that I didn't respond to her voicemail message promptly enough. I explained that I was waiting to confirm a biopsy appointment until I consulted with my primary physician. Which clearly is my prerogative.
