Best personal experience and care
Great experience. The receptionist and nurse were so friendly and Dr Dugan got straight to the point and made me feel so comfortable. I loved that the office was small and personable
I was suffering from a medical emergency, seen by my primary doctor who referred me to OBGYN, and then had a STAT referral from my OBGYN sent to Urology of Indiana to assist with my issue. I was in pain, barely able to urinate, with a 3 cm mass obstructing my urethra. After following up on my urgent referral with Urology of Indiana 24 hours after the referral was sent- I was spoken to in a very condescending manner by the woman on the appointment line and told by her that I would not receive a call to schedule my appointment... read more
