I love Dr Ford, She’s extremely thoughtful and caring and absolutely takes her time to listen to what you are saying. She performed my complicated surgery and I couldn’t have asked to be in better hands. I highly recommend her!
The staff is incredibly dismissive of patient needs. My father has cancer and I am his caretaker and I begged for a telemed appointment or some way of getting a saturday appointment and the woman on the other end of the line did not care in the slightest. She only cared about getting her pound of flesh from my insurance company and forcing me to take time off from work and my wife to take time off to cover the care for my father.
